Information, Tools, and Strategies for Addressing Daily Life Stress from a Professional Therapist

I believe everyone should have access to mental health resources, but for many that may not be a reality for a variety of reasons. I wanted to create this website and these blogs to give free access to mental health information and resources. This is not a replacement for therapy in any way, but a bridge to understanding more about how our mental health can be impacted by the world around and within us. this site

I’m a licensed clinical therapist (LCPC) working with children and adults for over fourteen years. In my practice I like to address how the experiences of your past and your current environment (physical, mental, and emotional) affect your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

This website is meant to offer insights about useful strategies and tools to help address mental wellness on a daily level for you or your children as well as resources for fellow clinicians. This is not a replacement for therapy services, but a source for information and strategies.

Access to therapy can be a struggle for many families and I hope these free resources can aid in some small way. I have blogs and videos to demonstrate how to use these strategies and why they are beneficial to addressing your stress.

Stress can build slowly like the tide or crash into us like a wave. My hope is that these tools can help you notice it earlier and build a better foundation to manage it in the moment.
